- What skills do I use the most?
- What kind of organization values are important to me?
- What are my career goals, and how important is career growth?
- What type of job will provide me with the salary I need?
- How much of a priority is salary?
- Do I have to move and will my employer cover the expense?
- What is the work culture like?
- Do I want to work in abroad, in a city, the suburbs, or rural areas?
- How far am I willing to commute?
- Do I want to work for a large or small organization?
- What do I want to avoid?
