Extended Learning programs serve part-time students and working adults interested in pursuing degrees by taking courses during evening, online or at our Syracuse campus. We also are responsible for SUNYOswego's Summer and Winter Session courses which provide opportunities to take accelerated courses outside of the standard fall and spring semesters. The division also administers the SUNY Oswego High School Program as well as the International Language Education Center.
We also offer non-credit professional development training courses and customized training programs to businesses and organizations.

SUNY Oswego offers two distinct opportunities for academically eligible high school juniors and seniors to earn college credit. Our programs provide intellectual challenges for these students and help prepare them for the academic rigor of college level course work and study.
The International Language and Education Center offers several programs that help speakers of other languages to increase their English proficiency. SUNY Oswego offers both year round and three and six week summer intensive English programs.
The SUNY Oswego Syracuse campus provides expanded regional access to several undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The campus is easily accessible to students, professionals, business and industry partners, and community service organizations in the Syracuse area.

STEAM Quest is a program created through a partnership with SUNY Oswego, CITI, Oswego County, and NYS Teachers Centers to encourage students aged 7-14 to discover and explore topics in science, technology, engineering and math in a fun a relaxed setting in neighborhood schools throughout Oswego and Onondaga counties.
