AccessCNY provides services to over 3,000 individuals in five primary areas: programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries (ABI), services for those with mental health issues, clinical services for those with disabilities, preschool education and Consumer Directed Homecare. All services empower individuals to reach their unique level of independence.

AccessCNY is both a new agency and one with a rich history. The organization was founded in 2015 as the result of the merger of Enable and Transitional Living Services (TLS). Together, the two legacy organizations have 100 years of experience serving people of all abilities in our community.
Adirondack North Country Association ANCA is an independent nonprofit organization growing the New Economy in northern New York. Using an integrated approach to sustainable economic development and prosperity where economic health, community vitality and ecological stewardship are equally important outcomes, ANCA focuses on creating opportunity for people with diverse backgrounds, experience and education levels. Advocates, Inc. Advocates was established by a small group of caring families of people with developmental disabilities over twenty years ago. Today, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and their families to lead full and meaningful lives in their community. We provide the information, support, and resources individuals and families need to achieve their goals in life. Advocacy is core to our mission. We provide individual, family and systems advocacy.  Our Board of Directors™ membership consists of a majority of parents of people with developmental disabilities and people with developmental disabilities. Our senior management team consists of parents of people with developmental disabilities. E. John Gavras Center The E. John Gavras Center strives to be leaders in direct care service provision with programming of the highest quality for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.  All of our efforts are to serve individuals so that they may attain set goals and reach their aspirations of life.  The Medicaid Service Coordination and Direct Care Services are operated under the New York State Office of Persons With Developmental Disabilities.  Periodically program names change as well as guidelines for operations.

Elderwood Elderwood has more than 30 locations offering skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities throughout New York State, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. Elmcrest Children's Center Elmcrest Children's Center is a multi-service treatment and education center for children with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric disturbances along with children with developmental disabilities and serious medical conditions. Together with their families, youngsters are served in 20 different programs ranging from early education and family support to long-term residential treatment, critical care and pediatric respite programs. At any given time, Elmcrest is home to 130 youngsters with another 100 preschoolers being served in its early education facility. In addition, another 80 families at risk of having their children removed from the home receive supportive services and counseling from skilled social workers in its two preventive service programs. Elmcrest currently serves more than 2,500 children and their families each year.

Oswego AmeriCorps AmeriCorps is the national service program that provides Americans of all ages and backgrounds with a living allowance and education award in exchange for a contract term of service. Oswego AmeriCorps serves youth in the county by providing fitness activities and nutrition education as well as serving economically disadvantaged individuals by providing housing services. Members can also manage volunteers. AmeriCorps members receive a modest living allowance that is paid through bi-weekly pay checks. After completing a term of service, they receive an education award that can be used to pay on student loans or finance college, graduate school or vocational training at qualified institutions. Members can receive deferment on qualified student loans for their term of service. When the service commitment is completed, all or some of the interest accrued on deferred loan will be paid by the National Service Trust. Our 900-hour members serve for six to twelve months, receive a total living allowance of $6,943 and an education award of $3,047. Our 450- and 300-hour members serve for a shorter time period. Webster Central Schools The Webster Central School District is located eight miles outside of the city of Rochester, New York. Bordered by Lake Ontario on the north and Irondequoit Bay to the west, WCSD serves a primarily residential, suburban community. It includes all of the Town of Webster, one-third of Penfield, and smaller portions of Ontario and Walworth in Wayne County. WCSD is the third largest school district in Monroe County. Webster’s history of agricultural development has given way to increased technological and commercial growth. It is home to two Baldridge National Quality Award winning corporations, Xerox and Trident Precision Manufacturing. Webster schools serve approximately 8,500 students in 11 schools, kindergarten through grade 12. WCSD partners with four local child care centers and a location at Plank Road North Elementary School to provide universal pre-kindergarten programming to approximately 125 4-year-olds each year. WCSD offers a broad range of academic programming based on New York State learning standards. Curriculum in the Webster School District is designed to expose students to the knowledge, skills, and and experience they need for success in the classroom as well as future contributors to a global economy. The systematic use of data by all seven WCSD elementary schools to make instructional decisions on behalf of students supports the District’s focus on continuous improvement for all learners and has resulted in recognition by the New York State Education Department as a best practice elementary program. The Webster Central School District offers the most comprehensive Advanced Placement (AP) program in Monroe County. All high school students are encouraged to challenge themselves by enrolling in academically rigorous classes. During the 2012-13 school year, there was a 68% increase in the number of students enrolling in at least one AP class since the 2008-09 school year. The College Board has also named WCSD to its AP Honor Roll for three consecutive years. Enrollment in AP classes or one or more of the numerous dual credit courses available through WCSD’s partnership with Monroe and the Rochester Institute of Technology resulted in potential tuition savings of approximately $1,535,400 for families of the Class of 2013. Webster’s fiscally conservative record has led to per pupil costs and a true value rate that is the second lowest in Monroe County and consistently below average expenditures in New York State.
