Ed Balaban '73 retired high school principal and public affairs officer for the Army National Guard Ed Balaban graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1973 with a degree in Industrial Arts and Technology Education. Ed is a Navy Veteran, where he rose to the ranks of Commander. He served many years as  Community Relations Manager for the Arizona National Guard, as well as Public Affairs Officer for the NY Army National Guard. Ed also served as a principal within the Hoosick Falls Central School District by Albany. With expertise in Education, public service as well as public relations, Ed has a wide array of expertise to share with us today.

David Johnston '73 retired tech teacher, Fairport High School David Johnston graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1973 with a degree in Industrial Arts and Technology Education. David is retired from Fairport Central School District where he worked as a Technology Teacher as well as a Driver Education instructor. As a student, he was involved as a lab assistant within the Technology Education department, as well as an assistant electrician in the student union.

Gerianne Puskas '91 chief advancement officer, Villa of Hope Gerianne Puskas graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1991 with degrees in English and Zoology. Gerianne's career has morphed over 25 years to become a leader in fundraising, nonprofit leadership and change management. She has served in various positions with national nonprofit agencies where she focused on diversifying fundraising portfolios; strategy design and implementation; building and developing new teams; government relations; marketing; and managing regional and national accounts. Gerianne volunteers and consults with local nonprofit boards to educate, prepare and facilitate strategic planning processes. Puskas also serves on SUNY Empire State College’s Business Management & Economics Residency team helping to educate and coach the next generation of nonprofit leaders.
