Looking to build on the success of previous semesters, the university's Real Estate Club will host its first meeting of the semester at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, in 118 Rich Hall.

Adjustments to today's Dining Services and Auxiliary Services operations; Penfield Library closed

Given this morning's weather conditions, Auxiliary Services has adjusted its service schedule for Thursday, Jan. 29. They will serve limited menus based on staffing. (See below)

Student Involvement Fair rescheduled to Feb. 4

The Spring 2026 Student Involvement Fair has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. in Swetman Gym of Marano Campus Center.

Previously confirmed clubs and departments (for the fair this week that was postponed due to weather) will receive an email from the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership (SEL) to confirm availability for the new date. If space becomes available, SEL will extend invitations to organizations on the waitlist.

SUNY Oswego recognizes its high academic achievers with its Deans' List for fall 2025. Deans' List students are undergraduates attaining semester grade-point averages between 3.3 and 3.79 while carrying at least 12 academic credits. Our congratulations to them all!

SUNY Oswego classes to be remote Thursday, Jan. 29

SUNY Oswego has announced that all classes at both the Oswego and Syracuse campuses will be taught remotely on Thursday, Jan. 29.

After a thorough weather review, the university will shift face-to-face and hybrid classes to remote instruction as directed by your faculty member. Online courses will proceed as scheduled.

'Once in a century' 13126 Day celebration on Saturday

Billed as an occurrence that only happens "once in a century," the city and campus will take part in a 13126 Day celebration on Saturday, marking a connection between Oswego's zip code (13126) and the date (1/31/26).

The day will feature activities, special events, themed promotions, and community engagement opportunities throughout the city. 

SUNY Oswego is taking part by hosting a special student-led tour and opportunities for the campus community for open recreation.
