Guided Meditations
Practicing mindfulness in nature is an evidence-based strategy for reducing stress and promoting mental wellbeing. These guided meditations, filmed at Rice Creek Field Station, are a collaborative effort between Rice Creek and the SUNY Oswego Counseling Services Center, led by Cory Brosch and Shane Du Bois. We hope you enjoy them!
SUNY Oswego students, faculty, and staff can view all of the Rice Creek resources from the Counseling Services Center at the Telecounseling Hub.
