Additional needs
Some events require the Event Management Office to work closely with other departments on campus. For catered events - Auxiliary Services' Campus Catering; for events that require additional security - the University Police Department. While your event coordinator will assist in facilitating discussions between you and these departments, it is the responsibility of the event sponsor to work directly with any outside departments in helping them understand your needs and requests. Your event coordinator will tell you more about this after your reservation has been processed.
