About Us

Located in 135 Marano Campus Center we work directly with event sponsors to plan and coordinate events in the Campus Center, Sheldon Hall Ballroom & Hewitt Union Ballroom.

We work collaboratively with all the branches of the Division of Student Affairs, Custodial Staff, Campus Technology Services and various other campus professionals to ensure the success of your event.

Working closely with event sponsors, we help to ensure the success of such events as Family & Friends Weekend, Laker Hockey Games, the Spring Concert, OzFest & Quest just to name a few. We love to see events succeed in bringing students, faculty & staff and community members together and knowing that students are being given the opportunity to get involved and create lifelong memories.
