Mr. Wolfe earned a BA in History from Le Moyne College and a Juris Doctorate from Western New England College School of Law. Mr. Wolfe is admitted to practice law in New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Since 1993, Mr. Wolfe has worked for the New York State Court system as a court attorney and law clerk in County, Supreme and most recently Surrogate’s Court.  He has been an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business since 1999, and has taught Business Law I and II, Legal Environments of Business and Cyberlaw both to undergraduate and MBA Students.  In 2007 Mr. Wolfe earned the Provost's Award for Teaching Excellence by Part-Time Faculty.  In 2013 he authored an article Defining and Meeting Forgotten Burdens of Proof, published in the New York Law Journal.
