Drug deactivation bags now available in campus vending machines

The Office of the Dean of Students’ Alcohol and Other Drug Program recently received 100 Deterra drug deactivation bags, provided by the Oswego County Prevention Coalition. The bags were acquired through a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

'Voices of Justice: Theater of the Oppressed Youth Showcase' set April 2

"Voices of Justice: Theatre of the Oppressed Youth Showcase," from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Hewitt Hall Ballroom, will feature the Justice Organization of Youth (JOY) from the Rural and Migrant Ministry.

Founded in 2016, JOY amplifies the voices of young people — primarily from farmworking families in the Lake Ontario and Finger Lakes regions — through performance and advocacy.

Students encouraged to take 2026-27 break transportation survey

The SUNY Oswego Division of Student Affairs is assessing the demand for a direct shuttle service departing from SUNY Oswego to New York City over Thanksgiving and Winter breaks.

Students are asked to take a few moments to take the brief survey via this link by March 27.

Time and cost are approximate. Shuttle services will be provided based on demand.

Respondents will be entered to win $25 dining dollars.
