The vice president for development and alumni relations, Kerry Dorsey is SUNY Oswego's principal fundraiser and executive director of the Oswego College Foundation, the college's development operation. First as director of development and then as associate vice president for development and alumni relations, she managed the college's first comprehensive fundraising campaign. Reporting to her besides development are alumni and parent relations and the college's National Public Radio affiliate, WRVO-FM. She previously worked in Oswego County government for 20 years, advancing to deputy county administrator. Gov. George Pataki in 1996 appointed her chair of Oswego's College Council, where she served until joining the college staff in 2003. She received a bachelor's degree in communications from SUNY Oswego in 1981.
