Human Resources and Payroll Offices Remote Operations 3/20/20

Operations at the SUNY Oswego Human Resource and Payroll offices are being handled remotely as a precautionary measure due to the current COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) pandemic.

 Email is the most reliable form of communication to ensure we receive and respond to your inquiry in a timely manner.  Please email Human Resources at hr@oswego.edu and/or Payroll at payroll@oswego.edu.

 If you choose to call our offices, you can reach Human Resources at 315-312-2230 and Payroll at 315-312-2227.  Please leave a detailed message so that we can best respond to your inquiry as we will be checking messages regularly.

If you must leave paperwork for the Human Resources office, you may drop it in the mail slot located at their office.  The Payroll office has a locked box located at their office as well.  Both locations are secure and confidential but please note that if you do leave paperwork in the designated areas, it will only be collected periodically.
