Responsive course redesign workshop series

Responsive Course Design Workshop Series

CELT is offering a 4-part responsive course design workshop series in which participating faculty will work to redesign one (or more) courses to work effectively in either a face-to-face or an online/remote environment. Participants in this workshop series will create a course syllabus with a modular structure that includes educational and assessment activities in each module that can be used in either face-to-face or online environments. Particular emphasis will be placed on the use of educational activities and assessments that can be used under either alternative. In the spirit of responsive design, workshop participants will work collaboratively with their peers either synchronously (during the scheduled workshop times) or asynchronously. Optional workshops each day will focus on tools and techniques related to that day's workshop.
