Project BLEND is proud to have a partnership with Thomas Kelsh, EdD, our external evaluator. For each year of the project, he has conducted a formative evaluation study in order to assess the extent to which the key features of the project have been implemented, and to determine if the project's goals and objectives have been achieved.
