This Friday and Saturday, the Oz Pathway to Leadership - Spring Leadership Conference invites student leaders in organizations, residence hall communities, peer educators and other campus roles to build skills and community in support of individual and organizational growth.

SUNY Oswego has always supported students during times of crisis or emergency. In 2020, generous alumni donors established a Student Emergency Fund that has supported over 800 students during times of crisis and critical need. These funds have supported students in purchasing basic necessities such as groceries, medical bills and travel expenses due to a family emergency.

Author and Active Minds speaker Stacy Pershall will discuss her experiences and promote mental health awareness in SUNY Oswego’s Sheldon Hall ballroom at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 20.

Members of the campus community had the opportunity to learn more about opportunities within the campus and around Oswego County to learn or receive support during the recent Mental Health and Wellness Fair.

The Color Oswego run/walk on Friday, Aug. 26, wrapped up the first week of the fall 2022 semester with fun, fitness and a lot of colored powder.

SUNY Oswego students had the opportunity to learn about, and potentially join, many of the college's more than 200 student clubs and organizations (and to meet a horse) during the Aug. 24, 2022 Student Involvement Fair.

The 2022 edition of the Laker Launch program –- welcoming the newest students into the SUNY Oswego family –- will return starting on Aug. 16.

SUNY Oswego recently hired Dr. Gabriel Marshall as its new associate vice president for student affairs following a competitive national search.

Mary Craw, an office assistant in Residence Life and Housing, earned the 2022 Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Classified Service, recognizing four decades of service consistently putting students first.

SHOP (Students Helping Oz Peers) will host a Warm-Up event Feb. 15 to 17 in MCC 133, 10 am to 2 pm to bring winter garments to the campus community free of charge.
