The annual end-of-year tradition of OzFest will return on Friday, May 5, with free daytime activities from noon to 4 p.m. and an evening concert featuring PartyNextDoor (pictured) and Aux Cord Wars.

The afternoon activities -- including food trucks, Build-A-Buddies, games and more -- will take place on the lawn and parking lot E-10 between Marano Campus Center and Lake Ontario.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of free offerings from five food trucks and Auxiliary Services. Other activities will include a custom street sign station, two henna tattoo artists, a rock-climbing wall, mechanical bull and more. 

Additional food rolls out at 4 p.m. with a picnic under a tent in the same location.

Evening concert

PartyNextDoor is an award-winning Canadian singer, songwriter and record producer. He was the first artist signed to Drake's OVO Sound record label, and has since released three studio albums, five extended plays and 21 singles. PartyNextDoor's songwriting success includes the song "Work" for Rihanna, which hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart for nine weeks.

He has won an iHeartRadio MuchMusic Video Award for Best New Canadian Artist, an MTVU Woodie Award for Songwriter of the Year and a Secret Genius R&B Award. PartyNextDoor also earned two Grammy award nominations, as well as nominations from the Canadian Juno Awards, Canadian Radio Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards.

Aux Cord Wars Live unfolds like a musical game show reminiscent of an old-school DJ battle, with a twist -- audience members turn into competitors, controlling the music themselves. Hosted by renowned entertainers Jay Dukes and Trizzy and featuring ACW official DJs working side-by-side to keep the experience live, the show chooses participants to compete against each other for a chance to win cash prizes and other rewards on the spot while showcasing their taste in music to see who can move the crowd. By putting the power in the hands of the audience, Aux Cord Wars aim to create an electrifying atmosphere filled with creativity, competition and fun.

The evening concert will begin around 7:45 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available via tickets.oswego.edu, and cost $15 for SUNY Oswego students, $25 for the general public.

After the concert, a special late night breakfast will be available from 8:30 p.m. to midnight in Cooper Dining Hall, free to all students,
