Student Scholarly and Creative Activity Grant winners announced

The fall 2020 round of the Student Scholarly and Creative Activity Grant application/review process has concluded, with six proposals approved for a combined total of nearly $5,900 in funding. Members of the Student Subcommittee of the Scholarly and Creative Activity Committee reviewed all the proposals and ultimately approved the following for funding via Provost Scott Furlong:

SUNY, CSEA agree to extend free, mandatory COVID-19 testing of CSEA-represented employees

State University of New York Chancellor Jim Malatras and Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) President Mary E. Sullivan announced on Friday (Nov. 27) an extension on an agreement to conduct free, mandatory testing for CSEA-represented employees at SUNY state-operated colleges, universities, and hospitals. The memorandum of understanding follows a similar arrangement last week between SUNY and United University Professions (UUP) for represented employees.
