Yards for Yeardley event on April 26 to unfold in Swetman Gym

All students, employees, community members and alumni are invited to participate in the 8th annual Yards for Yeardley, walking to remember and to prevent dating and domestic violence, on Wednesday, April 26. Please note that this event has been moved indoors to Swetman Gym for weather purposes.

Alumna to discuss experiences of descendants of Holocaust survivors

Annette P. Levine -- a 1995 SUNY Oswego graduate and professor of world languages, literatures and cultures at Ithaca College -- will present a talk titled "They Were a Family: Descendants of Holocaust Survivors and the Inheritance of Intergenerational Trauma" at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, in the Marano Campus Center auditorium (Room 132).

Registration open for popular Barbara Shineman Summer Scholars youth camps

Registration is open for the 2023 edition of SUNY Oswego's popular Barbara Shineman Summer Scholars youth camps, July 24 through Aug. 18 on campus.

Sheldon Institute, now in its 44th year, provides opportunities for growth and learning in disciplines such as art, science, technology, humanities, wellness and leadership (just to name a few) for youth ages 7 to 15.  These camps are designed for youth to discover, collaborate and create all while developing new friendships.

Zoology major’s project works toward safer flightpaths for birds
