Today, the college officially launched the Class of 2020 website (oswego.edu/class-2020) and the #OzGrad2020 social media campaign – two exciting initiatives that will serve to celebrate the members of the Class of 2020 and commemorate our graduates’ milestone achievement. We invite all members of the Oswego campus community – students, graduates, family, friends, faculty, staff and alumni – to join us in this celebration.

Four classes to receive boost from Curriculum Innovation Grants

Four courses have received development funding through the latest round of Curriculum Innovation Grants (CIG) to create new courses that keep the college’s offerings current in content, quality and delivery. 

The CIG Committee, which consists of members of the Committee on Learning and Teaching, met in April to review proposals submitted in the Spring 2020 round of Curriculum Innovation Grants. They approved the following:

College to hold Virtual Graduation Celebration and Torchlight for Class of 2020

In a message to the graduating members of the Class of 2020, President Deborah F. Stanley announced that SUNY Oswego will hold a Class of 2020 VIRTUAL GRADUATION CELEBRATION on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 9 a.m. This online celebration will be preceded by a Virtual Torchlight Ceremony, an Oswego time-honored tradition, on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 9 p.m.
