Auditions open for campus ‘Addams Family’ auditions

The SUNY Oswego Theatre Department will hold auditions on Feb. 2 and 3 for campus and community members to participate in the spring musical “The Addams Family.”

For the show, which will run April 16 to 21 on the Waterman Theatre stage in Tyler Hall, theatre professor Jonel Langenfeld will direct the production, with music faculty member Amanda Li providing musical direction. Julie Ano and Stefanie Standish will serve as choreographers.

Access to some off-campus services will be unavailable Jan. 5 for maintenance

Applications are now open for SUNY Oswego scholarships available to current students for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The Oswego College Foundation and Oswego Alumni Association provide more than 900 scholarships and awards, totaling more than $1.5 million every year.

Renee Landers-Jennings retirement party set; organizers seek items for memory book

A retirement celebration for Renee Landers-Jennings, senior associate director of residence life and housing, will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 22, in 114 Marano Campus Center 114.

In addition to wishing her well on her next adventure after two decades with SUNY Oswego, the Office of Residence Life and Housing invites the campus to share any treasured memories, photos and quotes of Landers-Jennings for a special memory book they are crafting in her honor.
