Van driver training sessions scheduled

September 3, 2019

SUNY Oswego policy requires that to operate the college-owned 12-passenger vans, students must be 18 years of age, possess a valid U.S. driver’s license, and complete a driver training session.  This includes students who have the responsibility of transporting persons in the vans for departmental purposes such as academic field trips, residence life programs, athletic contests and community service.

It is recommended, but not required, that faculty and staff complete the driver training prior to operating a 12-passenger van.
