As a reminder, the retention policy for cloud storage with Panopto and Zoom will be completed Friday, Sept. 19. The policy is run annually on this day. The retention policy will do the following:
For Panopto
- Archive all content not viewed within the last two years.
- Archived content is still in Panopto. You must request that it be restored, which can take up to 48 hours.
- Remove all content not viewed within the last three years.
For Zoom
All content prior to the spring 2024 semester will be removed.
