Campus Technology Services (CTS) will be migrating from the ServiceNow ticketing system to a new system called TeamDynamix. The ticketing system helps campus technology staff manage and resolve any technical issues the campus community may have using digital services. The migration will take place this Friday, Aug. 18, starting at 4 p.m.
In addition to some technical advantages for campus technology staff, TeamDynamix offers an easier-to-use website for the campus community. On the website, you will be able to peruse a catalog of digital services, look for answers to common issues, submit new tickets, and check the status of existing tickets. Collectively, this website will be known as the service catalog.
On Thursday, Aug. 17, CTS will send a campus email with details on what you can expect as they make the transition to TeamDynamix, including migrating active tickets.
