Zoom Authentication, Licensing, and Security Updates Completed

On Thursday, Jan.28, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the Zoom authentication, licensing, and security updates announced in yesterday’s campus email were completed.  

If you previously registered for an account directly through Zoom using your SUNY Oswego email address, you received an email stating the account has been claimed by SUNY Oswego.  To successfully transition your account, click the “Update Account Information” button in the email and then follow the prompts.  Step-by-step instructions are outlined in the “Transitioning your free Zoom account into the SUNY Oswego domain” help article.  Note, your settings, meetings, and recordings will be transitioned.
