Scheduled Downtime to Upgrade Services

Scheduled maintenance

On July 3, 2021 SUNY Oswego will be upgrading the main computer system for Student Information Services. The upgrade is scheduled from 7:00am - 1:00pm. During this time frame the following services will be unavailable:

-Administrative Banner - Admin Pages

-Oswego Mobile App - links to view classes or Registration

-myOswego - All access to any pages inside of logon including:

  •            Student Profile
  •            Advisor Profile
  •            Student Registration
  •            Faculty Grading
  •            Access to ALEKs - Math Placement

-The "Browse Classes link" on myOswego page

-Argos Reporting System - Any scheduled jobs during upgrade time frame will not run

-Banner Workflow

-Banner Communication Manager

-Banner Document Management System

-Senior Check Form - Student and Advisor access

-COVID Testing Page 

-COVID Quarantine Status Page

-COVID Testing Exemption Page

-Administrative Offices - Any scheduled jobs during upgrade time frame will not run
