Students discuss 'The Caribbean in Colonial Times' at Quest

During Quest on April 23, 13 students from Spanish 395/495, "The Caribbean in Colonial Times" — an upper-division course taught by Roseli Rojo in the Department of Modern Languages and Literature — presented research posters examining the complexities of life in the colonial Caribbean.

Four inducted into German honor society

Four Oswego students were recently inducted into the SUNY Oswego chapter of Delta Phi Alpha, the National German Honor Society. Clayton Andrews, Trey Woolwine, Misaki Naito and Kylie Thomas were honored for their outstanding academic achievement in German as well as for their participation in cultural events focusing on the German-speaking countries.
