Dear Members of the Campus Community,
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Rodrick Andrews as our new Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, effective Monday, February 28, 2022. Rod will provide needed leadership to the Office of Admissions and will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and assessment of enrollment strategies for undergraduate students and for maintaining contact with prospective students, applicants and admitted students.
Reporting to the interim Executive Director of Enrollment Management, Rod will work closely with all Admissions and Financial Aid staff, Registrar, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs personnel, as well as with faculty, alumni, current students, advisors, staff and community members in support of the recruitment and retention of students at SUNY Oswego.
We are extremely fortunate to have someone like Rod step into this vital leadership role. Rod has over 20 years of higher education administration experience and brought a wealth of admissions, financial aid, and higher education management experience to SUNY Oswego when he arrived in 2019. He is committed to the success of our students and the college. Rod is well respected by colleagues, and I am confident will do a fantastic job leading the Office of Admissions, while continuing to oversee the college’s financial aid activities.
