Oswego Dining would like to know how they are doing. So here is a chance to share your opinion and help them improve their services.

Beginning the week of Oct. 25, 2021, Oswego Dining will once again participate in the online Customer Satisfaction Survey being conducted by the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS).

Complete the survey and you’re automatically registered for prizes: 

  • Grand Prize - Textbooks for spring 2022 from the College Store ($250 maximum)
  • 10 x $20 Laker Dining Dollars (one per location)
  • 10 x $20 College Store Gift Cards (one per location)

Access the survey via this this link or visit http://www.nacufscustomersurvey.com from any computer or mobile device.

Once on the website, your log-in code will be 118 followed by your college ID number (e.g., ID #800123456 would become log-in #118800123456).  Click <Start Survey> and away you go. You are encouraged to complete a survey for each dining location (via the pull down menus). Please be sure to type in any additional comments in the area provided to help us know what is working well, what needs improvement, and suggestions for future menus and services, etc.

You are receiving this email invitation to participate in this study, which is completely voluntary. All responses are confidential. Your survey responses go directly to an independent third party research firm and individual identity will not be associated with the responses. This log-in code is only for the third party to provide Dining Services with a list to randomly select prize winners.
