The spring 2026 round of the Curriculum Innovation Grant application/review process concluded with five applications recommended for funding by members of the Committee on Learning and Teaching, and ultimately approved for funding by Interim Provost Kristen Eichhorn.
Funded projects include:
- "Developing COM1xx: Social Media" by Andrea Vickery and Jessica Reeher (Communication Studies)
- "Comprehensive Redesign and Reactivation of CHE 543: Quantum Chemistry" by Alireza Shayesteh (Chemistry)
- "Spanish for Healthcare Professionals" by Roseli Rojo (Modern Languages and Literatures)
- "EDU 505 Math Elective, Math Matters and So Do You: Exploring the Affective Side of Mathematics Teaching and Learning" by Joan Gujarati (Curriculum and Instruction)
- "Data and Society" by Samuel Beckenhauer (Global and International Studies)
