SUNY Oswego is legally obligated to comply with the accessibility guidelines set forth by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Federal regulations require that by April 24, 2026, all programs, activities, services and materials delivered digitally (including those accessed via a browser or mobile app) must meet these standards. Compliance is a mandatory legal requirement for our institution.
Every member of the campus community has a role to play in this work. The Virtual Accessibility Summit is an opportunity to allocate the time to learn and develop these skills. The summit will be Wednesday, Apr. 15 and offered through Zoom. Registration is required. Captioning will be provided.
