Registration for the 30-Day Sleep Challenge, which will begin on Feb. 9, is now open.
Run through the Office of the Dean of Students, this challenge is made for current students to help build healthier sleep habits. Each registrant participating in the challenge, which will run from Feb. 9 to March 11, will receivs a free sleep goody bag and a fillable PDF or paper journal, and will receive a grand prize for completion.
