The flu and COVID vaccines will now be available for students and employees/ SUNY Oswego, in partnership with Wegmans Pharmacy, will host several vaccination clinics in Swetman Gym on the following dates:
• Thursday, Sept. 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (registration now open)
• Wednesday, Oct. 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (registration open as of Sept. 10)
• Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (registration opens on Sept. 30)
Where to register: Students and employees are invited to register online via this link.
How to register:
• Open the link and select "I agree" to the user agreement.
• Click on "Schedule appointment."
• Fill in your personal information.
• Enter the ZIP code 13126.
• Select "Vaccines" and then check "Flu Vaccine” or “COVID Vaccine”
• A map will appear; select the Swetman Gym location.
• Choose your preferred date for the clinic. Remember, registration opens at different times for each clinic, so refer to the listed dates.
• Select your preferred time.
• Confirm your appointment.
Flu/COVID shots are billed through your pharmacy insurance coverage.
Students under 18 years must have parent or guardian consent. Please complete this consent form and submit it to Health Services.
Students can also submit the parent/guardian consent form on the Health Services Patient Portal (under "Consent Forms").
Walk-ins are welcome, but organizers strongly encourage you to make an appointment at a time most convenient for you.
Remember to bring your insurance card to the clinic. *Most insurances cover vaccines with a $0 copay*
