This Thursday, May 7, United University Professions (UUP) are inviting all members to meet in 201 Marano at 3:30 p.m. Around 3:45 p.m., participants will then march to the designated "public forum" space on campus (the field outside Marano and Cooper Dining Hall) to hold a brief rally to raise awareness about the union's contract demands.
The rally will conclude with participants returning to 201 Marano for an end of the semester "happy hour" that will include snacks and adult beverages.
Participants are invited to wear UUP gear if they have any. For those who do not have shirts, UUP will provide shirts to as many people as possible. They also will also have some posters, clappers, stickers, etc.
