Community Services and Vote Oswego will host a Happy Birthday Constitution Day party from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, in Marano Campus Center food court, to honor the signing of the Constitution of the United States by delegates on this day in 1787.
All are invited to participate in games, play for prizes, take photo booth pictures, eat pizza and birthday cake, and learn about the U.S. Constitution along the way.
Participants can partake in one of three games to learn more about the document and its ongoing implications -- including Mapmaker: The Gerrymandering Game, Ships and Shoes (a variation of Monopoly) and Constitutional Jeopardy.
