Campus Technology Services (CTS) thanks those whor have adapted to the new self-service model for Scantron test scoring. CTS wants to provide a location reminder and highlight the key requirements for using the service efficiently.

Current test scoring procedure:

Test scoring is available for faculty use at 26 Lanigan Hall during the CTS Help Desk’s normal business hours.

Mandatory booking:

To ensure the equipment is available and to manage your time effectively, all faculty must book an appointment to use the scanner. A booking link will be available at the test scoring location for those who drop by.

CTS designates 30 minutes for scoring, plus a five-minute buffer between faculty appointments.

When you arrive at the CTS Help Desk, staff are conveniently located nearby to provide guidance and answer questions about the equipment or the software. Detailed instructions are also posted within the scoring area.

CTS needs your feedback

Since this self-service model is new, your input is vital for CTS to make operational improvements. After completing your test scoring, please take a few moments to fill out a brief Test Scoring Survey. CTS is collecting feedback on the clarity of the instructions, the ease of use and the helpfulness of staff support.
