The James A. Triandiflou Institute for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Transformative Practices (The Institute) is continuing its Scholar-Practitioner Series with a workshop titled "Coaching vs. Mentoring." This event will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Feb. 24, in 114 Marano Campus Center.
This workshop will define coaching and mentoring, explore their similarities and differences, and help you determine which approach best suits your current professional journey. This information can also enhance your practices when engaging with students and colleagues, organizers said.
