Did you know that most ink and toner cartridges can be recycled and reused? If you have an expired cartridge, you can send them by campus mail or drop them off to the Environmental Health and Safety Office, 110 Lee Hall, or call 315-312-3157 to arrange pickup.
EHS recommends not waiting for a large stack to develop for everybody's convenience. If sending, not a lot of taping is recommended since EHS has to unpack them to send them out for recycling.
An exception would be toner tanks and tubes, which can not be recycled or refilled but can still be recycled as plastic by placing in the recycling bin.
