Registration is open for the virtual SUNY SPECTRUM conference, June 28 to July 2. It is the nation’s largest education conference devoted to preventing and responding to sexual and interpersonal violence against members of the LGBTQI+ community.

SPECTRUM provides cutting-edge training to enhance the knowledge and skills of attendees. Faculty, staff, law enforcement, medical professionals and community service providers are trained on turning the dial on sexual and interpersonal violence against sexual and gender minorities, while also providing the trauma-informed and culturally-competent care when incidents do occur.

General registration is $25 and, with the support of the Student Conduct Institute, the registration cost is waived for all SUNY faculty and staff who wish to attend.

* If a total of 1,000 SUNY faculty, staff and students sign up for SPECTRUM by Monday, June 14, at 5 p.m., organizers will send $1,000 for prevention education to two SUNY campuses.
