SUNY Oswego's Pride Alliance has been proud to use their logo these past few years, but has decided a need for a change for the coming semester.
In the past, Pride Alliance has used a mascot named LGBT-Rex, but since 2018 they have gone extinct on campus, the organization said. To bring LGBT-Rex back to life, Pride Alliance is hosting an art competition to revamp their beloved LGBT-Rex and give them friends. Winner(s) will have the honor of their art being a part of Pride Alliance for years to come.
The Pride Alliance also will turn the winning art(s) into stickers.
Winners will be announced at the organization's biggest event of the semester, Lavender Graduation on May 1.
