Looking to improve your sleep habits? The campus is invited to take part in the 30-day Sleep Challenge to help elevate individual regimens and get some good sleep.

Run by the Office of the Dean of Students and the Oz Peer Eds, the challenge provides each participant eith a bag filled with goodies to aid them and a PDF sleep journal to track their sleep.

Prizes are available for everyone who completes the challenge. and five students will be chosen at random for a grand prize.

Those who are registered for the 30-Day Sleep Challenge, or interested in being a part of it and wanting to know more, can stop by tabling along the Marano Campus Center concourse on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
