Beginning today (Nov. 5), Oswego Dining once again participates in the customer satisfaction survey being conducted by the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS).
Complete a survey and you’re automatically registered for a chance to win the following prizes:
- Grand prize (1 winner) - Textbooks for spring 2019 from the College Store ($250 maximum)
- Two JBL Pulse 3 Bluetooth Speakers
- Ten $20 Laker Dining Dollars
- Ten $20 College Store gift cards
Visit this site to complete the brief survey. Once at the web site you will be asked to enter a login code. Your code will be 118 followed by your college ID number. (i.e. ID 800123456 would become login 118800123456). Click <Start Survey> and away you go! You are welcome to complete a survey for each dining location (via the pull down menus). Please be sure to type in any additional comments in the area provided.
All responses are confidential. Your survey responses go directly to an independent third-party research firm and individual identity will not be associated with responses. This login code is only for the third party to provide Dining Services with a list to randomly select prize winners.
