The Oswego State Athletics Department has officially announced that both the men's and women’s ice hockey playoff games, originally scheduled for Saturday, have been moved to Tuesday, March 3. The women will face off against third seed Morrisville State at 3 p.m., with the men rekindling their rivalry with Plattsburgh at 7 p.m. Both semi-final playoff games will be played at home in Oswego in the Marano Campus Center Arena.
Tickets that were purchased for the originally scheduled games on Saturday will be accepted for both contests on Tuesday, March 3. Students from SUNYAC-member schools are able to get one complimentary ticket – until the allotted number of student tickets are sold out – with a valid college ID. Students are encouraged to collect their free ticket for hockey games through the online ticket site (tickets.oswego.edu) for an easier and quicker process.
Tickets are also currently available to the general public by stopping by the Marano Campus Center Box Office, visiting tickets.oswego.edu or calling (315) 312-3073. Tickets for the 3 p.m. women’s semifinal are $5 for an adult ticket, and $3 for youth (12 and under). Tickets for the 7 p.m. men’s semifinal are $8.
