The campus community is invited to take a break and connect with their inner selves during Journal Jenga, an interactive wellness workshop from 6 to 8 p.m. on May 1 in 142 Marano Campus Center.
Organizers describe this as a creative, hands-on mental health activity designed to encourage self-reflection and self-care. Each Jenga block holds a unique journal prompt to spark meaningful conversations and personal growth in a fun, low-pressure setting.
The Counseling Outreach Peer Educators (COPE) and the Association of Black Psychologists (AbPsi) co-sponsor this event.
Whether participants are new to journaling or seasoned writers, this free event offers a relaxing space to explore thoughts, connect with peers and strengthen one's mental wellness toolbox.
Journals will be provided, all are welcome and free pizza will be available while it lasts.
