The SUNY Oswego Office of Human Resources and Jamie Guilian, labor relations specialist assigned to United University Professions, have teamed up to present a joint workshop on UUP Performance Programs and Performance Evaluations for Professionals from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18, in 114 Marano Campus Center.
Supervisors and employees will have the opportunity to learn about the overall performance management process, technical requirements, performance management documents and UUP contractual provisions. This is also an opportunity for current supervisors and employees to receive a refresher on this important topic.
The workshop is open to UUP professional staff or anyone who supervises UUP employees. UUP membership is not a requirement to attend.
