SUNY Administration requires adherence to a new reporting schedule to ensure Inclusive Access (IA) costs are reflected on students' tuition bills in compliance with the Board of Trustees policy. Meeting this deadline is mandatory for any course or section to be included in the IA program, which supports textbook affordability for students and faculty.
Due to this new policy from SUNY for the Inclusive Access program:
- All winter 2026 textbook adoptions for the program must be submitted or emailed to James Kraus (james.kraus@oswego.edu) no later than Aug 18, 2025.
- All spring 2026 textbook adoptions for the program must be submitted or emailed to James Kraus (james.kraus@oswego.edu) no later than Sept. 17. 2025.
