Faculty and staff members interested in learning how to prep healthy lunches throughout the week are invited to a healthy cooking class starting at noon Friday, March 8, in the Mackin Hall.

The faculty/staff cooking class aims to let participants learn delicious ways to prepare meals and while developing healthy eating habits. Attendees will learn to prep on-the-go meals, such as chicken salad, no-bake breakfast bars, sweet desserts like apple pizzas and more.

This class will be instructed by Kathryn Szklany, the registered dietitian on campus. This event is free to participants and is cosponsored by EAP, Campus Recreation and Auxiliary Services.

Any faculty or staff members interested in signing up or who has questions can email cassandra.mason@oswego.edu or call 315-312-3114 and ask for Cassie. The class will be limited to 25 participants.
