Discover Wellness: Find A Healthier You is offering its virtual seven-week program again this semester, starting Jan. 31.

The sessions will be held weekly, every Monday from 12:30-1:30 (tentatively) and are free to all SUNY Oswego employees. This program focuses on stress reduction, healthy eating, increasing physical activity and improving overall quality of sleep.

Participants will receive FREE weekly wellness reinforcements (first 15 to register) and strategies that will assist them in making a behavior change that will aid in increasing their overall quality of life.
