The Employee Assistance Program Committee is officially back up and running this semester.

The SUNY Oswego Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a worksite-based program designed to help employees deal with the everyday issues involved in balancing work and life, as well as more serious problems that may impact work performance. EAP services are confidential, voluntary and offered at no cost to employees and their families.

How to Access Resources

Employees can access confidential support and resources through:

  • The campus EAP webpage
  • Reaching out directly to the Employee Assistance Coordinator, Mangala Nanthakumar, by calling 1-315-312-5546 or,  after hours or on weekends, you can call 1-800-822-0244, which is staffed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.
  • Printed materials upcoming tabling events

All services are confidential and available to you and your eligible family members.

  • EAP Tabling Session Tuesday, March 24, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Marano Campus Center concourse, come get resources and giveaways 
  • Walking to Wellness Challenge - April 1 to April 30 - Sponsored with Laker Wellbeing Committee; you can register online
  • Employee Appreciation Walk - May 1, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. -  Hosted by the Health Promotion and Wellness Department
  • Campus-wide wellness collaborations
