On behalf of the Eta Omicron chapter of Phi Beta Delta of the SUNY Oswego Institute for Global Engagement, I invite you to submit nominations for membership to this Honor Society for International Scholars.
You may choose to nominate faculty, staff, and/or students. Acceptance and membership recognize outstanding faculty, staff, and students with international experience who have significantly contributed to expanding world awareness and global engagement at SUNY Oswego.
To nominate someone, email phibetadelta@oswego.edu. Provide us:
- the name of the person(s) you are nominating,
- the person's email address (if you know it), and
- whether the person is faculty/staff or a student.
Upon receipt of your nominations, we will send each nominee the specific selection criteria and a short form to complete which needs to be returned by Oct. 8. Notifications of acceptance will occur within the week of the nomination form due date, and the Phi Beta Delta Induction Ceremony will take place on Saturday, Nov. 10, during the Hart Hall Global Awareness Conference.
Please consider sending your nominations today, and mark Nov. 10 as a date you will join us not only for the Phi Beta Delta induction ceremony but also our annual roundtable.
