Cooper Dining Center will serve a special graduation brunch on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a new expanded offering to especially serve December graduates and their families.

Fall semester resident dining meal plans (including guest and any time meals) will be accepted, or patrons may pay $10 per person.

The menu will include omelettes made to order, Belgian waffles made to order, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, organic steel-cut oatmeal, sausage links, vegetarian breakfast patties, hash browns, fresh fruit and yogurt bar, assorted pastries and various hot and cold beverages.
